Med Notes Lab products are digital downloads. If something goes wrong with access or files, contact support.
Digital product access
If you cannot access a product you purchased, email mdnoteslab@gmail.com with your order email so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Include your order email, product name, and reason for the request.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact support with both order details.
